Exceptions
Manufactures warranty does not cover freight damage. Freight Damage Insurance is offered at the checkout. When making a Manufacturers Warranty Claim, you are responsible for returning the product to Sarah McPherson Photography. If the products are deemed to have no fault, then you will need to pay the freight to have the product returned to you.
We do not accept Change of Mind returns
If Free Freight was included in a products price, then the true freight cost will be deducted from a Change of Mind refund.

All post is sent by courier.
